Directions From Preston:
From Preston follow signs to Southport via the A59 South towards Rufford. Continue on the A59 for 1.2 miles, then turn left onto Meadow Lane. Continue on Meadow Lane over two humpback bridges for 0.6 miles. Meadow Lane comes to a sharp right with a rough track straight ahead. Keep on the track but be careful as it is unmade and used by walkers. You will approach the sign for Mereside Model Club after about 100 yards. The parking area is straight in front to the right
Directions From Burscough:
From Burscough follow signs for Preston A59 North towards Rufford. After 2.3 miles turn right on to Meadow Lane. Continue on Meadow Lane over two humpback bridges for 0.6 miles. Meadow Lane comes to a sharp right with a rough track straight ahead. Keep on the track, but be careful as it is unmade and used by walkers. You will approach the sign for Mereside Model Club after about 100 yards. The parking area is straight in front to the right.
