Adam Prepares the Lancaster for Its First Ever Flight

On Sunday 31st November, something truly special took place at the field.
After hundreds of hours of building, shaping, painting, and fine-tuning, Adam proudly unveiled his incredible scratch-built Lancaster — a huge, no-kit masterpiece crafted entirely by hand.

Every detail has been carefully created, and the real achievement lies in getting all four engines running perfectly in sync. It’s an extraordinary piece of engineering, and Adam deserves massive congratulations for the dedication, patience, and skill that have gone into this project.

The big moment is here at last — the maiden flight!

The Club Receives Its First Payment

The club has received its first £50 into the club funds — a great milestone for us. If members continue to use and support the Smart Catalogue, we should be in a very strong position by the AGM.

The Smart Catalogue has already become a key part of our website, and it will only get better. Over the coming months, more brands and merchants will be joining, giving members even more choice and savings on everyday purchases.

Every time you shop through it, the club benefits — and this first £50 shows

exactly how effective it can be.
